...Entrance is free, but it's only open to the public on saturday 9 March (10am-4.30pm). You'll need to register when it'll possible to do so. Some foreign brands sell perfumes at a discount (not real discounts since they simply evade taxes due by charging in cash without receipt). They have always done it on sunday and I don't know if they'll sell on saturday in 2024 (no Esxence on sunday next year).
