...What PdM would you choose if you could only choose 1 and why?I'd choose Percival as it feels like the perfect allround scent.

...There is something about Percival that I just cant ignore. I feel it is so well rounded, to the point that it feels like nothing special, but for me that is what makes it so special, so after being at the gym (with my usual La Nuit de L'Homme Le Parfum ) I decided to put Percival on, and wow... It is so uplifting. I am thinking about making it my new signature.

...I blind bought both L'Homme and Sauvage Eau de Parfum At the beginning I loved the iris in L'Homme but I ended up just not fully liking the whole scent, too soapy for me. Sauvage is just a DNA that I don't personally like/enjoy.BUT. Then I blind bought Sauvage Elixir, trusting some reviews that said it is not so close to any other sauvages, so I went for it. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT, until after some time I could again recognise the Sauvage DNA in it and ended up selling it.Recently I got a bottle of The Most Wanted Eau de Toilette Intense and I kind of like it but am not certain if I totally do.So yea, in the end blind buying hasnt gone very well for me.

...Percival Oajan Althaïr Percival is just perfectly rounded imo, it feels like the perfect signature allround scent.Oajan feels like a sweet dream, and Althair like a sweet dream but with an edge to it.

...I tested Perseus and performance is great. I love the smell (even if nothing groundbreaking tho, which makes me ask if its worth the money). But if money is not a problem I would definitely got for it, or for Percival as it had some added cleanliness to it and doesnt result too citrusy, at least on my skin (oily).

...Platinum Égoïste Eau de Toilette La Nuit de L'Homme Le Parfum this one is weirdly green enough to my nose, and with added anise and spices it became my signature scent long time ago.

...Not sure if best performing but imo Percival And Perseus performed really well on my skin (oily)

...L'Homme Eau de Toilette Pegasus These 2 are the ones that in my mind would match your description best. Pegasus tending a bit metalic and vanilla-ish and L'Homme more dry linnen.Hopefuly this helps.
