I live in Texas and I do outdoor construction work I need a long lasting fragrance (male/unisex) not spicy like Dior sauvage elixir for example.

I have BDC, Creed, and ATH haze.

Have you tried 
Light Blue Eau Intense (even though it's not "pour Homme" it's very unisex, smells great on guys) or 
Light Blue pour Homme Eau Intense ? With it being citrus and more refreshing, it's a good option for warmer weather climates like Texas.
Imagination is the best performing/projecting fresh scent I own and I couldn't recommend it enough. Perfect for the high heat and the workplace, though it comes with a hefty price tag.
I hear "Join The Club - Torino21 | XerJoff" is another great performing summer frag but I have not yet tried this and your mileage may vary, but it's worth looking into!
Amouroud wet stone. Fresh, green, juicy, masculine, great performer. Really a great frag.

Théorème pour Homme . I have it, I tested it and it's really good not only for the price. Longevity is there, smell is good, projects well for the first 2 hours or so then it comes closer but you are going to have noticeable scent bubble around you. Of course, you also have to spray on the clothes.
Also, a goo fresh long lasting fragrance is 
Polo Deep Blue . It projects like 1.5 hours maybe 2 hours then will come closer to the skin. On clothes this lasts for days due to the musk in it! It's insane how long it stays on clothes but it's a parfum so don't expect to project a lot after the first hours of application.
