If it wasn't for JFK's insistence, this fragrance would have never seen the light of day.

Could it be Eight and Bob?

You are correct, Cincy. Congrats!

Yeah! JFK was the love of my life. Not really but I wished.

The scent's supposed claim to fame is that it was the first of its kind- the Celebrity Scent. Name the perfume.

Elizabeth Taylor "White Diamonds"?
Confused:

No, I believe White Diamonds may have been a couple of years later.

I have never smelled it, but I just googled and found:
Sophia (Sophia Loren)

Confused:

No, I have Sophia, don't care for it though.

A couple more guesses and I will give another clue.

Alain Delon?

no, Alain Delon.

Clue....the perfume was based on a character on a show rather then the person. Ok, if anyone wants to throw tomatoes at me now, please consider throwing vintage White Shoulders. I am a good catch. Razz

Are you thinking of Forever Krystle?
Yes, you are right.

I received this a couple of weeks ago in a lot buy, I never heard of it before. Searched online and read it was named after Linda Evans on Dynasty.

I believe they came out with Carrington for a male fragrance named for someone on the show. Not sure about that though.

Bingo! Your turn.

Sorry for the lateness!

This discontinued perfume is said by some to have been relaunched by the same house under a pseudonym and in a different bottle. Among its notes numbers tuberose.

Name that perfume!

Is it Kenzo by Kenzo, relaunched as Ca Sent Beau?

Mahora/Mayotte?

Mahora/Mayotte?

You got it, Cryptic!
Very Happy

I should add that I myself am skeptical about the claim that these two perfumes are identical, given that Guerlain has reformulated everything in its line... I have never tried "Mayotte", but I own and love "Mahora"!

Name the first fragrance to use Dihydromercenol in high concentrations (10%).
