What are your worst performing fragrances?

Acqua di Parma - pretty much all of them fresh as anything, but don’t last. Perhaps Colonia is better than most but still poor :/

That's good to know, thanks. I love fresh fragrances and have often thought about buying their stuff, but if they don't perform, then i will give them a miss.

Oh this topic is easy. The most disappointing performer in my collection is The One for Men Eau de Parfum HANDS DOWN! It smells so freaking good and it's gone in 30 minutes. Waiting for the Elixer to come out

I chose for Acqua Essenziale Colonia for that reason. Fresh, long lasting and cheaper than the Acqua di Parma. Getting harder to get though.

As for The One for Men Eau de Parfum, tried it in shop and... passed because of its one poor longevity...

Oh this is a shame I was thinking of getting The One at some stage but nah I will pass then. Thanks for the heads up. 

I do my careful research before buying any bottles to make sure they have satisfactory performance.

However, given how much La Nuit de L'Homme Bleu Électrique was hyped to be so much better than the og LNDL in terms of performance, I was very disappointed. I cant smell it after under an hour.

This has to go to Creed Aventus for sure.

For me it was Chanel BDC EDP, I could not smell anything even if I sprayed 5 times on my arm or neck, not for a second. Tried the same in the store, same problem. The EDT though, is very fresh and long lasting on me. 

@Castortroy After you have finished your break you’re taking from fragrances please try the Bleu de Chanel Eau de Parfum again as early as possible once the break is finished and see if you can smell it then. I am curious to know if it is that as I had the same happen to me with Boss Bottled Unlimited . I honestly thought there was nothing coming from the bottle and with it being a tester bottle it had went bad, but then I tried again and could smell it.

I have seen a lot of people say the same though. That the EDT performs better but EDP smells better. Having only smelled the EDP I can’t compare though.

I will revisit the EDP later for sure, it cant be all hype can it? 😅 In the meantime I will enjoy the EDT, although its not something I would wear in the cold winter months of Norway at the moment.

Anything by Demeter. Love so many of their fragrances but they have zero longevity. 😔

Same for me about La Nuit de L'Homme Bleu Électrique

I've tried L'Homme Idéal Intense recently and it was very weak.

Dior Homme Cologne 

All Louis Vuitton fragrances. My skin eats them up. Which is surprising considering the price tag. On the cheap side Vanilla | 28 and Choco Musk Eau de Parfum last about 30 minutes on me.

Worst performing fragrance is for sure Frapin 1270 Extreme. Bought the 'Extreme' version thinking it would be stronger and better than the OG... I was wrong! It barely gives a scent trail after 20 minutes. I had to sell the bottle :/

Acqua di Gio, followed by Light Blue and some of its flankers. I love them both/all, but Acqua di Gio lasts 10 mins on me.

Tom Ford Costa Azzura and few others in the same type of bottle are criminal for the price.

I'm sad to say both my BTSO parfums are as lovely as they are fleeting: Fig Porn and Mud both last for about 90 seconds on my skin, with my nose sunk on my skin.

Epic from Amouage is performing badly on my skin. About two hours and then it becomes a skin scent. I've read a lot about a possible reformulation, not sure if that is the case here. I bought it about 1 year ago, and it came in the new packaging.

I expected more form Amouage, also for the price your paying .....

Lost Cherry by TF lasts about 15 minutes on me. I couldn't believe it disappeared so quickly especially for that price.
