Why was my account deleted?
Parfumo reserves the right to modify or terminate the service for any reason, without notice at any time. This can be the case if the account has been utilized for illegal and/or unauthorized purposes.
What is the Assistant?
The Assistant tool would be quite a handful for active Parfumo users.
It analyzes one’s activities on Parfumo and can give them useful tips.
For example, it determines which fragrances one has not yet commented on or classified, which perfumes one should add to their Tested collection and much more.
Just give it a try!
How can I delete my account?
It saddens us to see you go!
Our Parfumo users are the foundation of our platform! If you wish to leave the community, kindly leave your account open. This way, other users can continue to benefit from your comments, ratings and posts. It’s a win-win.
However, If you still wish that your account be irrevocably annulled, please send an email to “
[email protected]” stating your username.
Please note that all your comments, ratings, awards etc. will be indefinitely removed. Furthermore, your username and email address will be blocked from further use on Parfumo therefore preventing a potential new registration.
Why are messages missing from my mailbox?
It is possible that the user’s account no longer exists. In this case, your conversation with this user will also be lost.
