In France, we have an official tool to check the security of a website (it's called "France Verif"), so I checked. Result : this website is highly suspicious and your payment informations could be hacked.
You'd better not order from them.

You can trust Parfum-Zentrum. Check their reviews on trustpilot ( they actually have them as "Verified Companny").
Only downsight is the delivery time. Mine took almost 2 weeks to deliver.
